How much does it cost?
Every booking is quoted. The price depends on the robots, the length of the appearance, the routine and the travel. Send your brief and we will come back with a quote.
Where are you based?
In Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We cover the UAE and the wider GCC, and we can ship or travel with robots to events worldwide.
Does an operator come with the robot?
Yes. Robots are delivered, set up and run by our operators for the whole appearance. Nobody is left alone with a robot.
How early should we book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends, December and the big show weeks. Tell us your date and we will confirm availability.
Can the robot dance to our song?
Yes. We can build a routine to your music and your timing, or adapt one of the dances the robots already know.
Can it talk to guests?
Ameca is built for conversation and can speak and translate many languages. Walker C1 and the Unitree robots have microphones and speakers for voice interaction; we will tell you what suits your format.
Can we brand it?
Yes, within what is safe for each robot: wraps, outfits, props, scripted lines and your music. Walker C1 is designed to wear uniforms.
Is it safe around guests?
Operators control every movement and keep a safe distance around the robot, as the makers advise. Ameca, for example, uses LiDAR safety sensors with a zone of about 3.2 m.
Can it work outdoors?
Some can. The Unitree quadrupeds handle rough ground; Ameca is indoor only (10–30 °C). In the Gulf summer we plan outdoor slots for shade and short sets.
How long can a robot perform?
Battery life is about 1 to 3 hours depending on the robot, and the Unitree humanoids use quick-release batteries. We plan sets and swaps around your schedule.
What does the venue need?
A clear, flat area for the robot to move, a power socket nearby, and access for delivery. We confirm the details once we know the venue.
Can we buy a robot instead?
This service is for hire. If you are thinking about buying, mention it in your message and we will talk it through.
